Here at Webster’s It Is What It Is Barbecue and Sauce we strive for excellence and perfection. This all being said, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However if there is an issue with an order/ shipment, we will gladly send you another order free of charge! If there is an issue with the product itself we will also do our best to take care of the issue at hand.
